Our new rates and times

altLoop Studios are delighted to announce our new and improved rehearsal studio rates and timetable. You can now rehearse start your day at 11am and can run until 2am, if you have the stamina!! There are 5 set sessions running Monday to Friday: 11am-3pm for €40, 3pm-7pm for €50, 7pm-11pm for €60, 11pm-2am for €60 or rehearse 5pm through til 11pm for €70. Thats more time for less money. Dublin city centre rehearsal studios for less!

 

Weekends remain uncharged: 12 noon til 5pm and 5pm til 10 for €70, however your second guitar amp is now as standard.

3pm   - 7pm     €50
7pm   - 11pm   €60
11pm -  2am    €60
or rehearse from 5pm -11pm for €70

Reemo launch new album!
reemo snapLoop Studios are proud to report: To celebrate the launch of REEMOs (regulars of Loop's rehearsal studios) debut album 'COLOURS' the band are having a launch party on SATURDAY THE 26TH OF SEPTEMBER in THE VILLAGE, WEXFORD STREET and YOU ARE INVITED. Special guests on the night will be the fantastic ORPHANCODE www.myspace.com/orphancode. Doors open at 8pm sharp and tickets are priced at €10 strictly over 18's ID required.

The album was preceeded by the single CHOCOLATE COVERED GORGEOUS which has received loads of airplay nationwide and has spent the last 4 weeks in the PHANTOM TOP 10 IRISH ARTISTS peeking at number 3 and at the same time spending two of those weeks in the TOP TEN INTERNATIONAL ARTISTS as played on the station. Recording Studio Special Offer

 

test mic thumbWith over 100 hours recording under our belt, Loop's new recording studio, based in Dublin City Centre, has been doing the business with fantastic results. From punk to traditional, all clients have been delighted with the end mastered product. But heads up....our great introductory offer of €20-all-in only counts for bookings taken up to the end of August (a deposit secures that rate for September projects). Stay tuned for our September upgrades!!

 Featuring the versatile Mackie Digital XBus as its centrepiece, the studio has so far proved a runaway success with Loop's regular bands and international artists alike. The Control Room is acoustically tailored with Auralex DTM technology and monitoring is by Yamaha NS10s and KRK Rokit 8s. Gareth Desmond is at the controls, bringing his 15 years of engineering and production experience to each project.

 

 

Running on Cubase 5 and Ableton platforms, recording artists can avail of a host of plug-ins and outboard as well as the pick our classic in-house backline. Travega launch debut album

travega albumRegulars of Loop Studios Travega launched their debut album 'How it began in the end' on July 9th.  Recorded over the past year in Vancouver, New York and Dublin, featuring the luch production of  Garth Richardson (Rage against the machine, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Nickleback) the ablum brings out the very best of the Dublin/Kerry 5 piece.  The album plays like a dynamic soundtrack with thoughtful lyrics and powerful melodies and you can catch the band reproduce this live on their mini tour from Birr to Budva http://www.myspace.com/travega
